At FURRY, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we provide an exchange option under the following conditions.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items within 14 days of purchase under these conditions:

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and free of damage.
  2. Proof of purchase is required.
  3. The item must be in re-sellable condition with all original packaging included.

Steps for Exchange

  1. Reach out to us within 14 days of purchase to initiate the process.
  2. We will provide you with further instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale items or items marked as "final sale."
  • Pre-ordered items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at furrybyltd@gmail.com or Instagram @furry.ltd. Include photos of the item and packaging for review. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of shipping items back to us unless the item is damaged or defective.
