1-Are your sliders real fur?
Yes, our sliders are made from real genuine raccoon and fox fur.
2-When do you restock?
We aim to restock as regularly as possible. If an item is sold out, it will show as "pre-order," which means you can still place your order, and once the item is back in stock, it will be shipped directly to you. Restocks usually take about 2 weeks but may vary due to external factors like Covid-19.
3-How long do pre-ordered items take?
Pre-ordered items typically take between 2-3 weeks. You will be notified if there are any changes to this timeline.
4-HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We do not offer refunds. However, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. The item must be in re-sellable condition, and proof of this will be required.
5-Can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind, you have 24 hours to contact us via email at help@limitlessdamage.com or on Instagram @furry.ltd, and we will assist you promptly.
6-How durable are your fur sliders?
Our fur sliders are designed to last for years. One of our first customers has had their pair for over 2 years, and they remain as fluffy and comfortable as when they were first purchased.

8-How long does delivery take?
- UK orders: 2-3 working days
- US/Canada orders: 6-10 working days
